French Toast X Bread Malai
Mix eggs, coconut milk, yogurt/plant-based yogurt, honey and/or maple syrup-based on how sweet you want-, and vanilla extract in one bowk. heat a pan and oil in it. soak each slice of bread in the egg mixture and fry it in the coconut oil. Then, garnish your French Toast X Bread Malai with coconut cream, dark chocolate, and coconut flakes!
Vegetable Coconut Lime Stew
Heat a pan and coconut oil in it. Saute onion, garlic, and all the spices, and let it cook. Add a little water and the vegetables. Then, add cocnut milk and let the stew cook for 15 minutes. Check every once and in a while so the vegetables don't burn. After it's cooked, garnish it with crushed red chili, coriander/mint leaves, and lime zest!
Summertime Green
Blend all the ingredients in a blender and top it with mint. Enjoy!
Coco-Melon Drink
blend watermelon, coconut milk, coconut water/water, flaxseeds, and chia seeds together. That's it! Enjoy it with a scoop or two of a ice cream of your choice!

Soak quinoa and lentils in water for 15 minutes. Saute onion, garlic, cloves, cardamoms, and cinnamon sticks in coconut oil. Add lentils and quinoa. Add vegetables. Add water and cook until everything is ready. garnish it with some peas and coriaber/mint leaves. Enjoy!

Soak quinoa in water for 15 minutes. Saute onion, garlic cloves, cumin seeds, cloves, cinnamon sticks, cardamom, and bay leaves in coconut oil. Add quinoa and water and cocnut milk. Add vegetables and let it cook. Then, garnish with ghee and coriander/mint leaves. Enjoy!
